I had to take my dog to them when he became ill while on holiday and sadly he didn’t make it but the staff at both Honiton and Cullompton were the most professional and compassionate people I have met in more than 30 years of owning dogs. They have even called me since to make sure I’m OK. I was a stranger on holiday yet was treated as a valuable and long-standing client. Hugely impressed with everyone. Thank you all.
