Matt
Group General Manager
Before coming to The Vale, Matt spent most of his professional life within sport working first for The RFU and then England Athletics. Looking for new and ethical challenge, Matt found The Vale and connected immediately with their ethos and compassion.
‘This is more than a job, we make a difference to people and their pets and I want our customers to feel the care and compassion that are at the very heart of The Vale. Our team is outstanding and give so much of themselves and their time to make that difference, for me it is a privilege to support and lead this team.’
When not at work Matt spends his time on the family farm with his young family and supporting his wife in her competitive riding.
